Services Offered

Taliavaiolet offers interior design and corporate architecture services for chain hotels and corporate headquarters in Argentina. Projects are described in our portfolio with real renders and floor plans. We do not guarantee specific results in terms of profitability or end-client satisfaction, as each project depends on factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the space, budget, and project requirements. Any changes in scope after design approval may involve additional costs and extended deadlines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as material suppliers or external contractors.

Intellectual Property

All renders, floor plans, designs, and visual content presented on this site are owned by Taliavaiolet, unless otherwise stated. The client receives a usage license for the designs once full payment for the project is completed. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Taliavaiolet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by Argentine law.

Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The client may cancel a project at any time, but payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
